About the role

As a Sales Officer, responsibilities involve supporting various activities, including Technical Support, Network Management, System Administration, Software Installation and Updates, Security Measures, and Documentation. This role requires Ongoing IT Studies, administrative experience, strong communication, Technical Proficiency. Familiarity with communication principles is advantageous.

  • Provide basic technical support to end-users for issues related to computers, software, and peripherals.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues under the guidance of senior IT staff.

  • Document support interactions and resolutions.

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including workstations, printers, and basic network components.

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.

Job requirements

  • Sound knowledge of computer hardware/software, internet security, privacy, networks, and operating systems.

  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language.
